A handful of pied wagtail chicks have recently fledged which has given me the opportunity to lie still on the lawn and take some photos. Its a great time of year when the fledglings come out a show off their impressively loud begging calls, and I'm sure I'll see many more over the next couple of weeks!

I do not really think that coaches play favorites, sure, there might be some, but those do not succeed. A winning coach is one that is able to find the best fit for the team. I think that Coach Greg of the San Antonio Spurs is the best example for this. He is not a person that tries to play favorites, in fact, his coaching style is so far away from that. He uses everything to win, not just favoritism.
